Foundation

Our Mission:
The Jay Ajayi Foundation works to mirror game-time performance in real life scenarios. As Jay trains to progress in his skill, so does this foundation aim to ensure progress in the lives of children, households, and communities. We intend to address the risks within “at risk” communities by aligning our resources to serve the direct needs of the people. Our mission is to inspire, empower, and effect change for the better amongst all we are able to reach.
Our Vision:
At the Jay Ajayi Foundation we utilize our C.A.R.E. program to initiate the necessary action that will spark the change we seek. We will be a beacon of light in the lives of each and every individual, family, and community we serve.

Program Initiatives & Camp:

The Jay Ajayi Foundation is committed to organizing annual football camps to ensure the integrity of the game is upheld by concentrating on sportsmanship and fair play. Due to extreme consequences suffered by professional players, the camp will also focus on correct, safe, and proper methods of contact and other gameplay action. The young athletes can expect to train directly with Jay Ajayi and additional NFL athletes to gain FUNdamental knowledge and experience to last a lifetime.

Beyond field play, the initiative focuses on the importance of education and the enhancement of the academic experience generally. The Foundation recognizes higher education as a catalyst for intellectual empowerment, and an agent of change for individuals, families, communities, and nations. We understand that dropouts negatively affect the statistics plaguing low-income communities, and the dropouts may ultimately handicap themselves in future undertakings. Children growing up in impoverished communities are already at an extreme disadvantage against systemic oppression, and so must be well educated in order to stand a fighting chance in the real world. We get that! We do not dismiss a proper education.

Envisioning an equally educated student means prioritizing educational attainment and accessibility to academic resources regardless of economic circumstances. In order to build a community of scholars, funds will be allocated to offer college grants to eligible high school graduates. It is also our intention to provide schools with supplies and tools that attract and captivate the minds of the students throughout the educational experience.

We will host back-to-school events, giving away backpacks, supplies, food, books, etc., and of course, have some fun on the side. These events are held to motivate and equip students with the necessary academic tools to foster success in the realm of education.
